Recruitment Data Notice

This notice applies to applications submitted through the MASSPOINT recruitment website.

Information collected

Name, phone number, email address, optional WeChat ID, target role, optional current city, optional experience, optional message, and resume file.

Use and processing

The information is used only to assess this job application. After security checks, the website encrypts the submission and places it in a reliable queue before sending it to the designated HR recipient through an authenticated company mailbox.

Retention

Encrypted resumes remain on the server for 72 hours after successful email delivery. Applications awaiting retry are retained for no more than 7 days, and redacted audit metadata for 90 days.
